SOPHIE ZAWADZKI

Interlochen is one of my favorite places. I attended Filmmaking Camp there for the 3 years that I was in middle school. It is a great place to learn and make friends.  Each summer, for 3 weeks, I was able to write a screenplay using an assigned theme and direct my team of fellow filmmaking students in creating it. At Interlochen, each filmmaking student has the opportunity to experience every role in creating the short film of their classmates.  I acted, directed, was an assistant director, the director of photography, a production designer, and I did the sound. It was so much fun.
